The purpose of this work is to empower artisans to take their place at God’s Banquet Table and to bring an awareness to the church body of how art can be a form of worship as it brings creative expression to the heart of revival. I want to encourage all to pursue their dreams of creativity through the love of God. I have a longing to help dismantle fear from the heart of the artist, casting off the chains of shame and the frightening thought of not being good enough. The release of our worship breaks the back of fear. The important thing is the creative’s willingness to allow the love of God to flow through them reciprocating that love as an expression of worship. The art produced as a result will be significant to the body of Christ.
I desire to share my experiences in life and faith through my painting and writing. I want the viewer to know and feel the emotion of each piece of art through the Kingdom of Heaven. I believe God’s love brings hope of a better tomorrow. Even through the difficulties of life, hope is still just around the corner. God always provides a way for us to know peace and joy.
God has blessed me with an amazing grace. Grace for me is the empowerment of God to believe I can be who He says I am. I know my life is filled with undesirable bumps and bruises, but I believe God can take a mess and make a message out of it. He can turn devastation into a rebuilding process and the grave ashes into a place of overcoming beauty through His power to live in victorious joy.
