The cowboy’s half face is symbolic of how we only see half of the truth in the natu-ral, but when we enter into His presence, we see clearly.
“For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall
see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully,
even as I am fully known.” 1 Corinthians 13:12
Some will only see His glory when they pass over to the other side. Others will choose to bring His glory here on earth through worship. The pink cloud is the love of God. He is always with us no matter how we see Him. The vision of this cowboy came to me a year after my daddy passed away. I didn’t realize the image I was seeing in the vision looked like my father until I painted it. I felt this was a way for the Lord to show me more truth of His word in Corinthians. We have so much to learn, so much to see, and so much to do. I am firmly convinced that our destinies here on earth are introductions to our life’s calling in heaven. I believe the scripture as it describes God to be looking for those He can show Him-self to. We simply have to make ourselves available. We have to want to see Him, and we have to want to know Him more. Our God is like the gentleman cowboy. He will never force his way into our lives. We have the choice to choose him. However, there will be a day when every knee will bow and every tongue will confess Jesus as Lord. It will be a glorious day because we will have the right perspective, it will not be in fear that we bow, it will be in awe of His magnificent love, power and peace.
“The Lord has looked down from heaven upon the sons of men
to see if there are any who understand, who seek after God.” Psalm 14:2
“. . . every knee shall bow, every tongue will confess.” Isaiah 45:23
